Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TNT Glitters.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TNT Glitters LLC, 584 NW University Blvd, Ste 450, Port St Luce, FL 34986 (Please note that we do not receive mail at this address. See Returning Goods for our mailing address.).

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to TNT Glitters website, accessible at https://www.tntglitters.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel Your Order which has not been shipped, please notify us as soon as possible. We can not guarantee that an Order will be canceled, even if it has not yet shipped, as it may be too difficult to intercept the Order during processing. If We are unable to cancel the order for You, You may refuse delivery of the package by writing "Refused" on the label and giving it back to the carrier. Please do not open the package if You are refusing delivery! When Your Order has arrived back at Our location, We will issue a refund, less shipping costs. Please note that even if the Order qualifies for free shipping, We reserve the right to deduct Our actual shipping costs from the amount of the refund.

Returns

You are entitled to return Your Order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason for doing so.

The deadline for returning an Order is 14 days from the date on which the carrier delivered the Goods.

In order to exercise Your right of return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending an email to: salessupport@tntglitters.com

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply. Please note that even if the Order qualifies for free shipping, We reserve the right to deduct Our actual shipping costs from the amount of the refund.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were delivered in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods were not opened or damaged

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons or were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Goods which are marketed as "Mystery" items, where the specific product, color, etc is not disclosed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Exceptions

Products that arrive in damaged condition or that are sent in error can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, even if they may not otherwise qualify for return. Please provide photographs of the damage or incorrect items by email to salessupport@tntglitters.com for verification. If we require the return of the damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a postage-paid return label by email.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You must request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number before returning any product, and include this number on the return label. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
